Police investigate shooting  incident that injured three

ANGUILLA--The Royal Anguilla Police Force (RAPF) is investigating a shooting incident that occurred in the village of Bad Cox, on Thursday, April 23. Three persons were injured in the incident, and were taken to the Princess Alexandra Hospital where they were treated and discharged.

The police have one person in custody who is assisting the police with their investigation. The RAPF is appealing to anyone who was in the area of Bad Cox at about 12:00 midnight on April 23 or who may have heard or seen anything suspicious, to contact the Major Crime Unit of the RAPF, speak to a police officer of their choice or log on to the secure website.

The police are also searching for a missing person. Sunjae Connor (15) was last seen on April 23 near the government offices in The Valley about 2:15 pm. She is five feet five inches tall and weighs 170 pounds. She was wearing a blue T-shirt, blue jeans and light blue sneakers. Anyone knowing her whereabouts is asked to call the police.
