ANGUILLA--The Royal Anguilla Police Force (RAPF) has arrested a 33-year-old man and charged him with the murder of Conrad Gumbs (39). The murder occurred on February 12 during a shooting incident at Blowing Point.
The accused appeared before the Magistrate on Wednesday, February 19, and was remanded to Her Majesty’s Prison.
