Nyuidazi confirmed as Semsamar CEO

MARIGOT--The Semsamar administration board decided on the semi-public company’s evolution of governance on Tuesday, December 18, by appointing Yawo Nyuidazi as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) following an internal vote.

“This first step opens up new horizons in the overall management of Semsamar,” said President Daniel Gibbs in a short press release. “I know that I can count on all the goodwill within the company to support the new CEO in his new functions and work alongside him to build a new governance.

“As a majority shareholder, the Collectivité will ensure that the place of St. Martin, Guadeloupe, Martinique and French Guiana remains at the heart of Semsamar's concerns and development.”
