Lee’s Roadside Grill in Simpson Bay refuses to go anywhere despite a court order.
Owner Lee Halley lost his appeal, which ordered him to vacate the premises by February 1, and on Thursday a court bailiff informed Lee that he needed to vacate the premises. The business employs 30 workers. Water’s Edge Development Corporation and Halley have been in court for several years. Lee said on Thursday that he wants to meet with the Infrastructure Minister to solve this issue.
