PHILIPSBURG--Nine persons in St. Maarten are amongst the 78 prize winners in the General Saving and Credit Union ACU raffle held in connection with the seventieth edition of International Credit Union Day.
The nine winners in St. Maarten are Iwan Dubois (gift cheque from Kooyman); Benjamin Gout (Kooyman gift cheque); Robert Barby (Samsung Smart TV); Lissaira Ortega (Samsung Smart TV); Angela Arrindell (stove); Mariana Francisco (stove); Urla Granger (NAf. 1,000); Jermila Carty (refrigerator) and Sandra Pantophlet-Gumbs (refrigerator).
The raffle was drawn in the presence of a notary at ACU’s head office in Curaçao on Friday, October 19. A total of 78 prizes were raffled. All active ACU members had an opportunity to participate and each member could win one prize, to allow as many members as possible to win.
