Even Minister of Public Health, Social Development and Labour VSA Richard Panneflek is not immune from the spate of car parts thefts plaguing the country. Police say that sometime after 11:00pm Thursday the wheels of Panneflek's government-issued Hyundai sport utility vehicle (SUV) were stolen.
