Methodists graduate

Bethel Methodist School in St. Eustatius held their ninth annual graduation ceremony on Tuesday evening. The ceremony was well-attended by family members and friends of the graduates.

The evening featured songs and performances by students and teachers. Special guests included Acting Government Commissioner Mervyn Stegers, Reverend Vincia Celestine of Bethel Methodist Church and keynote speaker Jan Meijer. Prior to the ceremony the graduates were treated to a tour and ride with members of the St. Eustatius Fire Department from the School to Mike van Putten Youth Centre, where the ceremony took place.
