SYNOPSIS: 
A mid to upper level feature is producing weak unstable conditions across the Region. This combined with, daytime heating and patches of clouds moving with the light wind flow could produce occasional cloudiness, showers and a risk isolated thunder over parts of the local area. Meanwhile, sea conditions will remain slight to moderate through the end of the week.

STATE OF THE SEA:  Slight to Moderate         WAVES/SWELLS: 4 to 6 feet 

SPECIAL FEATURE:

At 11 am, Tropical Storm Ida remains out in the central Atlantic, moving toward the east. This system does not pose a threat to land.
