Man shot in his leg

MADAME ESTATE--A Madame Estate man was shot in his leg early Monday, but he doesn't know why, police said.
A patrol went to Paradise Island Road, but the man had already gone to St. Maarten Medical Center (SMMC). Police found F.A. in the hospital receiving treatment for a bullet wound to his left leg.
A. told officers he had been shot in his car while leaving his house on Grenada Drive. The gunman fired at least three shots at the car, police spokesman Inspector Ricardo Henson said.
"He could not see where these shots were coming from, or who was shooting at him. The victim also stated that he had no idea who and for what reason anyone would want to shoot him," he said.
Investigators found three bullets lodged in the car's body. Police have seized the car while investigating.
