PHILIPSBURG--The St. Maarten Police Force KPSM Alpha Team arrested a man E.A.B. in the early morning hours of Wednesday, November 20, for his role in the importation of narcotics to St. Maarten.
This investigation started in 2018 when a large amount of marijuana was found on board an aircraft at Princess Juliana International Airport.
The suspect is being held at the Philipsburg police station pending further investigation.
This investigation is still ongoing, said police on Thursday.
