PHILIPSBURG--Police arrested a 24-year-old man D.C. last week Thursday for having sexual relations with a youngster believed to be fourteen years old.
Police said on Monday that the arrest had been made by the Police Juvenile and Morals Department.
Details about the case remain scarce as the investigation continues. The suspect remains in custody for questioning.
