PHILIPSBURG--A police patrol arrested a man A.R.S. at 5:00pm on Monday, September 2, in connection with the unlawful entry and burglary of a Philipsburg restaurant, and threats with bodily harm.
He was taken to the police station and handed over to the Detective Department for further investigation.
