Jacqueline Violenes is the lucky winner of a brand new fully loaded 2019 Hyundai Tucson. Her name was pulled during the closing of Carnival on Tuesday evening from amongst the entries in the Carnival golden raffle, which was a collaboration between St. Maarten Carnival Development Foundation (SCDF) and Motorworld.
