The container with holiday lights for Philipsburg Promotional Board’s (PPB’s) lighting project for town arrived in the country earlier this week and sections of Philipsburg have been lit up like this area on Boardwalk Boulevard. Although the container was late, PPB still went ahead with brightening the town with lights.
