Dutch Minister of Infrastructure and Water Management Cora van Nieuwenhuizen St. Maarten Transportation Minister Stuart Johnson on Wednesday to discuss the Dutch Safety Board’s commitment to assist with aviation safety in St Maarten.
The ministers signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to make this commitment possible. Aruba, Curaçao and St. Maarten together with the Netherlands “are committed to continuous improvement of aviation safety. The MOU promotes initiatives designed to harmonise and provide a safe and efficient civil aviation system,” said Johnson.
