Joint court agrees with Prosecutor to prosecute MP Richardson

PHILIPSBURG--The Joint Court of Justice issued an order on Thursday for the prosecution of Member of Parliament Frans Richardson. In the ongoing “Emerald” investigation, Richardson is accused of accepting bribes, money laundering and tax evasion.
