Gendarmerie Commandant Sébastien Mamzoni received a visit from representatives of the Police Force of St. Maarten on Wednesday, February 8, in connection with an inter-border police collaboration project. The delegation was headed by police spokesman Chief Inspector Ricardo Henson and the meeting took place at the Operation Centre at the Gendarmerie COG. Members of the Gendarmerie management team visited the Dispatch Centre at the Philipsburg police station last week. The two organisations will continue working together to combat crime on both sides of the island and help one another where they can, according to the Gendarmes.
