Increased ferry service between St. Martin & Anguilla announced

ANGUILLA--The Board of Directors, management and staff of the Anguilla Air and Sea Ports Authority (AASPA) have announced an updated ferry boat service between Blowing Point and Marigot starting on November 20. There will now be eight trips per day instead of four. Both islands still have severe limitations at the terminal facilities but the AASPA said that the demands of the travelling public cannot go unheeded.

  Ferries will depart Anguilla at 7:30am, 8:45am, 9:45am, 11:15am, 12:30pm, 1:45pm, 3:00pm and 4:45pm.

 From St. Martin the ferries will depart for Anguilla at 8:15am, 9:45am, 11:00am, 12:15pm, 1:30pm, 2:45pm, 4:00pm and 5:15pm.

  The AASPA release states, “The AASPA wishes to thank the Government of Anguilla and its agencies, ferry owners and operators and the officials of the Marigot Port and the other cooperating French authorities for all the diligence, cooperation, persistence and patience exercised in ensuring that the demands of the traveling public are met in a safe and secure manner. With our continued collaborative efforts, the effects of Hurricane Irma will prove to make us more resilient and progressive.”
