A long queue of persons was spotted standing in the blazing sun outside utilities company GEBE on Monday to pay their electricity and water bills.
In mid-December the company relocated to its newly renovated main building (former distribution building) and customers are now able to handle transactions at this location. The inside of the building, for paying bills, has limited seating facilities to accommodate a limited number of clients at a time, forcing persons to have to stand outside until there is space inside for them to enter.
