A gathering was held Saturday afternoon at the Life Impact Hall in Baie Nettle to celebrate the 50th wedding anniversary of Apostle Rosemonde Romney and his wife Clemence.
The well-attended event with songs and prayers had love and marriage as its theme and the couple’s life journey has been a true inspiration and example to their many followers. There were tributes made by four couples who remarked how their lives had been changed by the Apostle. A DVD of their life was shown to the audience and Malaïka Maxwell sang a song in their honour “Great is thy faithfulness.” Pastor James Young from Sucker Garden blessed the couple before a glass was raised to toast their milestone.
