From Saba to Dominica

Dominicans living in Saba and their families on Wednesday evening sent a large amount of relief supplies to Dominica, which was the first Caribbean island to be hit by hurricane Maria. The Island Government, community organisations and individual residents contributed more than 200 boxes filled with relief items, such as food, water, clothes, personal hygiene necessities and hardware supplies. The Island Government donated a truck load of bottled drinking water and contributed to the shipping cost.
