MADAME ESTATE---Two men and two women were injured during a massive altercation resulting in a shoot-out and stabbing between the victims and suspect(s) on Friday. One of the men is said to be in critical condition at the St. Maarten Medical Center while three others received minor injuries.
At this time, the reason behind the incident is unclear to authorities. What is known to Police is, four persons are in the hospital and the suspects responsible fled the scene. Chief Inspector Police Spokesman Ricardo Henson said the incident took place at 11:00am and Police Forensic investigators and detectives were at the scene collecting evidence.
The incident took place close to Francis Bar on the A.T. Illidge road while a new year’s party was ongoing from last night. Family members and a number of persons are said to have witnessed the shooting and stabbing but are said to be not cooperating with investigators.
