Foundation Catholic Education organised its first-ever fundraising bingo for Golden Rock School in St. Eustatius. The turnout for the event was great, according to the organizers. Many of the attendees won a prize and quite a few persons left with smiles on their faces. All prizes were donated by various businesses and individuals. The foundation also held a raffle for a big-screen television. The proceeds from the bingo fundraiser will go towards school necessities for students which are not covered by the Department of Education, such as uniforms.
