The Filipino Community Foundation of St. Maarten donated 24 food packages containing rice, pasta, cookies and a range of Christmas food items on Sunday, just in time for Christmas Day, to families residing on Pond Island and in Dutch Quarter.
The foundation used donations of NAf. 1,000 it received from Travel Planners and US $1,000 it received from Divi Little Bay Beach Resort to purchase the items donated to the families. In photo: Members of the foundation handing over packages to two families on Sunday.
