The late Theodore Maxwell “Max” Pandt (78) was cremated on Monday after a funeral service in St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church. The Statia “boy” spent his career in the field he enjoyed – tax law.
He served a six-year term as Lt. Governor of the Windward Islands (St. Maarten, Saba and St. Eustatius) in the 1970s. Pandt passed away on November 7 after succumbing to lung cancer. (John Halley photo)
