The already slim sidewalk along the A.J.C. Brouwer Road has been made even narrower by the removal of bricks for the construction of a concrete fence.
The removal of the bricks also appears to have endangered the light poles in this section of the road. The base of the poles appear to not be well supported and run off water may undermine the poles and further damage the sidewalk.
