PHILIPSBURG--Yosmerly Austin Elianne (18) made contact with her family early Wednesday morning.
Elianne was reported missing by her family since December 15. According to the family, she was staying with a friend on Mount William Hill. Her family thanked the community for helping to find her and are happy that she is back home.
