A one-sided traffic accident occurred in Princess Garden, St. Eustatius, on Wednesday evening.
An elderly gentleman with the initials D.W. was driving on the road in the Princess Garden area when he appeared to have lost control of his vehicle, which struck a wall, continued on and ended up in a ditch. The driver of the vehicle was taken to Queen Beatrix Medical Centre but did not seem to be injured. Members of the Police Force Caribbean Netherlands in St. Eustatius were on the scene to investigate.
