To receive the document, send a stamped envelope with return address to Collectivité de Saint-Martin – Census Department, Mailbox 374, Marigot Cedex 97054, Saint-Martin.
On receipt of the stamped addressed envelope, the document will be mailed. The law prohibits the sending of an official document by Internet.
