Word spread quickly of police cracking down on contractors who spill construction material on public roads. One man was seen cleaning up the roundabout on Cole Bay Hill on Thursday after spilling cement on the road. Police stated last week Friday that contractors should take responsibility and clean up after a spill takes place from one of their trucks.
