PHILIPSBURG--The Police Department informs all business managers/owners that the curfew applies to everyone and that they should take all necessary measures to make sure their employees are allowed to leave the workplace in time for them not to be in violation of the curfew and to experience any unnecessary delays or inconveniences.
Some businesses are opening from 8:00am to 3:00pm which is the start of the curfew daily. Police say that owners should respect the curfew and they are not exempted from operation outside the curfew hours.
