The Dutch National Knowledge Institute Culture Education and Amateur Art LKCA recently provided training to teachers and policymakers of Bonaire, St. Eustatius and Saba (so-called BES islands). Organised by “Fundashon Plataforma Kultural” with the support of local government, the sessions in Kralendijk were intended to promote cultural education on these three islands that together form the Caribbean Netherlands.
