F.D. Roosevelt Airport in St. Eustatius welcomed an Air Antilles 40-seat aircraft with which Windward Islands Airways International Winair operated its first flight on the air connection between Statia and Bonaire on Tuesday, December 1.
The flight has been introduced to connect Statia and Saba with Bonaire, and by extension Aruba and Curaçao. The aircraft took off from Statia with three passengers on board. Two passengers disembarked when the aircraft returned later that same day.
