SYNOPSIS: 

Brisk winds associated with the strong Atlantic high pressure system continues to push moisture and shallow clouds across the region. Consequently, occasional cloudiness with passing showers are expected over the local area.
Rough seas will persist as a result of the high wind speeds. Small craft operators and sea bathers are advised to be vigilant, especially in the northern and eastern waters.  

STATE OF THE SEA: Moderate to Rough             WAVES/SWELLS: 7 to 10 feet
