Annual Clergy Conference

Member of the Catholic Clergy from around the Dutch Caribbean wrapped up the Annual Clergy Conference in Sonesta Great Bay Beach Resort, Casino and Spa on Friday.

Bishop of Willemstad Monsignor Luis Secco said the discussions were insightful. The 40 priests and three deacons attended the conference, hosted by St. Martin of Tours Parish, headed by Parish Priest Father Adam Oleszczuk. The week-long conference, declared opened by Governor Eugene Holiday, was last held here four years ago. This year's theme - "A Church in the mission of mercy" - ties into the message of the Pope for 2016.
