Pneus Cash, the new tire dealer and repair shop for all cars on the island

St. Martin is now home to the latest franchise of trusted tire dealer and repair shop, Pneus Cash. Pneus Cash has built its reputation across the French overseas territories, from La Réunion to Martinique. The company offers a wide selection of tires, with over 2,500 in stock right now, to fit every type of car, from SUVs to sports cars, from city cars to off-road vehicles. It also serves retailers looking to buy in bigger volumes.

Services include geometry checks using the latest generation geometry bench, adjustment services, balancing, alignment, tire rotation, and fitting. Not sure exactly what your car might need? Checking is free, and no appointment is needed. Simply visit Pneus Cash, in l’Esperance commercial zone to enquire.

With conditions including the heat, tire quality can deteriorate before it becomes visibly apparent, and new tires are recommended at the maximum every five years, Guadeloupe and St. Martin Pneus Cash Director Maxence Lesprillier explained. Front end tires should be checked once a year. Proper maintenance makes a world of difference.

“We want to be a fair player on the island,” he said, quoting the company slogan: “les bons plans, c’est toute l’année” – good deals are offered year-round. No gimmicky promotions, but quality, reliable service with well trained staff using up-to-date technology, a wide range of brands to choose from, and competitive pricing.

Pneus Cash St. Martin originally opened its doors at the beginning of 2020, but it became increasingly hard to get things rolling due to the unfolding pandemic. The company decided to stay and go all-in, using the downtime to invest more into its product and people. This month, it relaunched with over 2,500 in stock and technicians with around 20 years of combined experience.

Stock is expected to increase. St. Maarten has so many cars from all over the world, Lesprillier pointed out, so the company will continue to listen to customer needs, and adapt accordingly. In the near future, Pneus Cash will also be able to take orders, and to offer online ordering via its website.

The brands range from premium to budget-friendly. With an eye on quality, the budget brands available are tested and true, ones that are typically repurchased. These include Aoteli and Davanti. Yokohama, the premium, well-priced Japanese brand, is an official partner for the company on all islands. The plethora of other, well-known brands on offer include Pirelli, Bridgestone, Firestone, Good Year and Michelin. Pneus Cash also stocks run-flat tires.
