This Saturday, March 16, Carnival 2024 officially kicks off with another legendary Causeway Jump-Up. The St. Maarten Carnival Development Foundation (SCDF) proudly presents this first jam on the road to the 2024 carnival season, starting at 8:00pm.
Revellers are invited to meet up at Caribbean Cinemas and follow the trucks down the Simpson Bay strip towards the Causeway, down Union and Welfare roads ending at Captain’s Ribshack in the Kim Sha parking lot.
As always, the first jump-up of the season promises to be a high-energy fete with the hottest bands and DJs on various trucks – soon to be officially announced by the SCDF. Keep an eye on social media for updates.
