Let’s make a strawberry milkshake

You can make a tasty strawberry milkshake, with just a few ingredients at home.

If you don’t drink milk, you can swap that ingredient for a plant-based one like oat-, coconut-, or rice-milk). To make this recipe extra cold on its own, use a frozen banana instead of a fresh one.

*Adult supervision required. Let an adult handle the knife and blender.

Ingredients

(Makes one milkshake)

1 cup cold milk

½ cup ripe strawberries

1 small banana (fresh or frozen)

Instructions

Cut the tops off the strawberries and cut them in half, and cut the banana into slices.

Add all ingredients into a blender and mix until you get a smooth texture.

Pour into a glass, with or without ice.
