Just Ask Aggie: You need a clean-out

Just Ask Aggie: You need a clean-out

Now that all the festivities are over and you’ve indulged in everything and all things to your heart’s belly’s content, it’s about time to do some spring cleaning of our system.

We all know that getting rid of excess toxins from our bodies is mucho important – in fact, it is an absolute MUST. There are, however, tons of cleanse and detox formulas popping up by the day – and even by the hour. I think that staying with what has been tried and tested is our best approach.

So here is my simple recommendation: Always get a detox or cleanse that is made up of names of herbs and supplements that you can actually pronounce. In addition, we must use these cleanses in fellowship with a diet that limits processed and sugary foods, as well as caffeine and alcohol.

After the cleanse is over, be sure to realign your digestive and gut system with an excellent probiotic. So get with the program by doing the following:

  • Off-load those toxins with a thorough cleanse and detox.
  • Reload and Recharge the system with a probiotic, preferably one that has the trio: Prebiotic. Probiotic. Postbiotic.

So if you want a better you with better focus, better energy, better strength and better stamina then you “betta” get yourself detoxed and charged up.
