Dear Editor:
As we (Caribbean students) across the Caribbean Basin prepare for our CXC exams we are unaware that CXC holds copyright ownership of all our works – written or practical. What is so wrong about this is that CXC has been plundering our works for generations, without the awareness of the students/children or our parents.
Dear Editor,
Wow! Undecided voters appreciated the performance of the United People’s Party (UP) and Democratic Party (DP) supporters.
When they voted in a style and fashion like citizens from the Commonwealth of Dominica to save St Maarten and its people.
These voters were really on the way to vote for United Democrat (UD) after these two parties become one. But some decided to take the pastor party along with them and the population have confidence this will be the first Government to last for four years.
So we are now in the Carnival season. Have a safe, peaceful and joyous Carnival 2018. Visitors, enjoy yourself, we love you.
Cuthbert Bannis
