POINTE BLANCHE--TelEm Group technicians will be carrying out “important” maintenance works in the Pointe Blanche area from 7:00am to 1:00pm, on Thursday, August 22, and expect some interruptions in telecommunications services in the area as a result.
The works will include the cutting over of a primary telecommunication cable from the Harbour facility to a corresponding cabinet in Pointe Blanche.
Streets that will be affected include Juancho Yrausquin Boulevard, Ground Dove Road, Mountain Dove Road, Chincherry Road and Monte Vista Pigeon Road.
TelEm Group says during the scheduled hours of work, Internet, landline and Cable TV services will be intermittently disrupted. The company apologised to customers and subscribers in the Pointe Blanche area for any inconvenience caused.
