Elton Richardson (right, bowtie), producer of television show “St. Maarten in Retrospect”, was recently honoured by Philipsburg Jubilee Library (PJL) as one of St. Maarten’s cultural icons. About 25 persons were honoured by PJL as part of its Heritage Week. Richardson will host St. Maarten in Retrospect’s 20th anniversary programme on November 11, which is also the 60th anniversary of the celebrations observing St. Maarten/St. Martin Day.
