Jacqueline Duggins-Horsford
PHILIPSBURG--The School Board for Secondary Education SVOBE has appointed Jacqueline Duggins-Horsford as the new Interim General Director of SVOBE schools Milton Peters College and Sundial School.
In a press release on Thursday, SVOBE stated that as of November 1, Duggins-Horsford took up her new post. SVOBE sends its congratulations to Duggins-Horsford and wishes her success in her new role.
