This afternoon through tonight: Easterly with a light to moderate breeze of 07 to 15 miles per hour.

Thursday morning through midday: Easterly with a gentle to fresh breeze of 12 to 20 miles per hour and higher gusts. SYNOPSIS:  A weak low-level trough will increase the chances of shower activity today. By late afternoon, a drier more stable, Saharan dust filled air mass will settle over the region which will restrict precipitation. Saharan dust will decrease slightly today. By tonight, it is expected to increase once again and persist the remainder of the week. Persons with allergies and/or respiratory illnesses should continue to take the necessary precautions.

Marine sea conditions are currently slight to moderate. A gradual deterioration is expected from Thursday.
