SYNOPSIS:
A frontal boundary continues to affect the area. Expect cloudy conditions to persist and periodic rain-showers; thunderstorms are more likely overnight. Meanwhile, winds speeds will gradually weaken and become easterly. Due to saturated soils and localized ponding/flooding, additional rainfall will only worsen conditions. Those accessing vulnerable and flood-prone areas should remain vigilant and exercise caution. Improvement is expected from tomorrow.
Slight to moderate sea conditions will prevail. Additionally, long-period easterly swells will persist and primarily affect the eastern and northern shorelines. Small craft operators and swimmers should remain vigilant and exercise caution.
