SYNOPSIS: A stabilizing atmosphere remains in the wake of a tropical wave. However, isolated showers are likely during the evening hours. Meanwhile, light to moderate winds will persist.

SPECIAL FEATURE: At 11AM, the Tropical Depression (TD) became Tropical Storm Gabrielle over the central tropical Atlantic. Current projections indicate this system will track approximately 552.3miles northeast of the island. At present, Gabrielle will pose NO DIRECT THREAT to Sint Maarten.
The Meteorological Department of St. Maarten will continue monitoring the Atlantic and provide updates accordingly.
