GREAT BAY, Sint Maarten (DCOMM) – The Division of Public Education (DPE), which falls under the Ministry of Education, Culture, Youth and Sports (Ministry ECYS), completed two days of Part 2 HR cycle training recently for the school year 2015-2016 for Public School Management Teams.
The main objective is to equip the managers of the Public Schools with the appropriate, knowledge, skills and tools to administer objective performance assessment of school staff.
