Governor De Graaff Primary School held its 21st annual graduation ceremony Tuesday at Mike van Putten Youth Centre in St. Eustatius. Under the theme, “Believe in the beauty of your dreams,”
there were speakers, such as Acting Government Commissioner Mervyn Stegers (right) and keynote speaker and former De Graaff School pupil Suyne Robins. There were also performances, skits and rap renditions by pupils and invited guests. Friends, family and well-wishers were on hand to celebrate with the seven graduates, including valedictorian Rafael Philip.
