Not the right fit

The garbage hauler in St. Peters has been doing only half of the garbage pick-up for the past weeks. The garbage trucks used in the area are not compatible with the large garbage bins, creating a situation where the bins cannot be lifted and completely emptied. A result is garbage collectors physically shoving the top layer of household garbage into the truck and driving away leaving a still-almost-full bin. This situation was observed in several spots over the weeks and these two photos show the result of the latest garbage pick-up on Sugar Apple Road in sequence – the truck arrives, the top layer of garbage removed and the truck leaves.
