Several of the large trucks sent by the Dutch government to aid the local government with post-Hurricane Irma clean up and recovery are still without number plates.
The trucks are often spotted speeding along roads and up hills spurring the concerns of other motorists who query whether the trucks, seconded to local contractors by government, were fully insured in the case of an accident. The truck in photo has no front or back licence plate.
